There's no need to spend extra money on a posture correcting strap. I teach you how to make an at-home posture corrector! All you need is a long yoga strap or a very long, thin scarf. It's best to wear it for 30-40 min a day or when you find yourself slumping or rolling your shoulders forward, and add posture correction exercises to your routine to makes sure the changes stick. :) This is also a great practice if you have neck and shoulder pain from bad posture. Aligning your spine allows your upper back muscles to release and your chest to open. You may even be able to breathe better! Works equally well as a women's posture corrector and men's posture corrector too.
