Notes
The world can be a violent place and whether you are a soldier or a civilian there is a (small) chance that someone around you will be shot and require immediate first aid to save their life. This video discusses the best way treat a gunshot wound depending on the part of the body impacted.
Personal Notes
Not that much new: tourniquet on extremities or direct pressure/wound packing, wound packing at junctional sites, chest seals and surgeon immediately on penetrating chest trauma (watch for pneumothorax), penetrating head wound lightly cover and surgeon, bleeding head wound (non-penetrating) pressure and bandage. Space blanket if possible for shock. MARCH (Massive trauma, airway, circulation, respiration, hypothermia)
